Gekkou Chou

Under the cover of darkness, a bitter voice echoes through the night. It belongs to a troubled boy who recently struck a girl with his bicycle and fled the scene without taking responsibility. Yet his anguish runs far deeper than that single reckless act. Haunted by constant comparisons to his flawless older sister, he directs venomous curses toward her perfection, unable to escape the suffocating shadow she casts over his life. His anguished words carry into the sky as a desperate, impassioned wish directed at the moon. This fervent plea does not go unheard. A mysterious entity named Na listens from above and decides to answer his call. Descending to Earth in the delicate form of a butterfly, she arrives with the intention of granting the boy’s deepest desire. However, such supernatural intervention carries a heavy price. While Na is willing to fulfill his wish, the magic she wields demands a sacrifice tied to the very butterfly form she has assumed. As the boy's resentment collides with otherworldly forces, he must soon confront the true cost of having his darkest desires realized.
