When Nonoka begins her life as a new high school student, she expects nothing more than an ordinary academic experience. However, her plans for a quiet routine are quickly derailed when she is unexpectedly recruited into the school’s prestigious and decidedly eccentric Student Council. The invitation comes directly from Nozomi, a striking figure known throughout the halls as a “cool beauty” whose commanding presence leaves little room for refusal. Thrust into this elite yet highly unusual circle, Nonoka finds herself entirely out of her depth. As a decidedly average girl surrounded by extraordinary personalities and bizarre traditions, she must navigate an environment that defies all conventional expectations of high school governance. The contrast between her mundane nature and the council's extravagant atmosphere sets the stage for a series of unpredictable challenges. Rather than fading into the background, Nonoka discovers that her involvement with the Student Council guarantees anything but a peaceful semester. Her sudden immersion into this strange world promises a relentless chain of comedic misadventures and chaotic hijinks, transforming her once-ordinary high school life into a whirlwind of wackiness and unexpected excitement.
