In the Three Kingdoms period, the opening scene features the killing of Huang Gai, shocking Zhou Yu

Plunged straight into the historic Battle of Red Cliffs as a lowly executioner, Zhao Yu awakens with an absurdly absolute cheat system: whoever holds the highest rank among the onlookers becomes his absolute authority, forcing him to obey their command—defying all logic, physics, and reason by sheer, unstoppable force. When a furious Zhou Yu bellows, "Beat him to death!" a single, brutal thud leaves the legendary general Huang Gai dead on the spot. Horrified, Zhou Yu stammers in despair, "I only meant for a theatrical flogging, not actual murder!" To cover up the catastrophic blunder, Zhao Yu is forced to stage a fake defection alongside Huang Gai’s aggrieved son, completely duping a triumphant Cao Cao into laughing, "He surrenders bearing the bitter hatred of his father's murder—a truly righteous man!" As the fires of Red Cliffs consume Cao Cao’s grand armada, the mighty warlord cries out in utter despair, "Is there no one who can save me?" With a casual backhand stroke, Zhao Yu cuts down a pursuing Wu soldier, heaves the fleeing prime minister onto his back, and sprints for his life. Thus begins the chaotic legend of a recklessly obedient powerhouse within the Wei camp. To Cao Cao, he is a fiercely loyal vanguard; to Zhao Yun, an unfathomable martial artist; and to the puppet Emperor Liu Xie, the last true pillar of the Han Dynasty. Yet, amidst the madness of the Three Kingdoms, Zhao Yu can only sigh helplessly as history spirals entirely out of control.
