Saigo to Onmyoji to Sono Tsuma

Izumi has always lived a solitary existence, completely alone in the world. Compounding her isolation is a unique and burdensome ability: she can perceive supernatural phenomena that remain invisible to ordinary people. Her quiet, lonely life is abruptly upended when she suddenly finds herself married to Haion, a man of extraordinary standing who serves as the very last onmyoji tasked with protecting the imperial capital. Despite their unexpected union, their early married life is far from warm. Haion is an inherently unsociable man, keeping others at arm's length and maintaining a distant demeanor within their shared home. However, beneath his aloof exterior lies a genuine awareness of Izumi's struggles. Rather than dismissing her unusual gift, he recognizes the true nature of her spiritual sight and chooses to treat her with quiet kindness, steadfastly standing by her side as she navigates a world filled with unseen forces. Through his unwavering support and subtle compassion, the emotional walls between them slowly begin to crumble. As they face the complexities of their arrangement together, the distance separating husband and wife gradually closes, paving the way for a deeper connection neither initially anticipated.
