Soredemo Yappari Kimi ga Suki

Soredemo Yappari Kimi ga Suki is a manga anthology comprising ten distinct stories, anchored by the endearing dynamic between young couple Naoki Hirota and Hiderou Yoshizawa. Their relationship closely mirrors that of a devoted owner and a loyal dog, with the capable Hirota constantly looking after his clumsy partner. This familiar routine is disrupted when Hirota suddenly falls ill at school and insists that Yoshizawa not follow him home. Left behind and deeply worried, Yoshizawa faces a heartfelt dilemma: he must find a way to step up and be genuinely helpful to the person who always takes care of him, proving that even someone so dependent can take meaningful action for the one he loves. This central narrative, titled "The Reason I Take One Step Forward," explores themes of vulnerability and devotion within their romance. The collection expands beyond this primary couple to offer a variety of emotional experiences through nine additional tales. These include "A Rare Look Into the Incompetent Seme," "But I Love You for All That," "Tic-Tack," "When the Snow Accumulates," "Centimeter Rhythm," "Jikosaiten," "Sangatsu no Tobira," "Hakoniwa no Tokiwa," and "Kataomoi Nochi Renai Naka, Tokidoki Ueno Sora." Together, the stories weave a rich tapestry of love, personal growth, and the quiet moments that define deep connections.
