Enzo Takaya, a character visually inspired by actor Jean Reno, works as a schoolteacher while serving as the eldest son and de facto patriarch of his household. Having stepped into a fatherly role, he dedicates himself to raising and protecting his younger siblings. His quiet domestic life is abruptly disrupted when an infant girl is left on their doorstep with a revealing note. The child is a direct consequence of Enzo’s former existence—a turbulent past defined by crime and luxury during his time as a gang member. Although Enzo has no idea who the baby's mother might be, he immediately chooses to embrace the child, naming her Nanami and welcoming her into the family. However, caring for the infant proves far more complicated than anticipated. Nanami suffers from a severe skin condition triggered by environmental pollution and specific dietary sensitivities, leaving her highly vulnerable in everyday life. Determined to shield his daughter from harm, Enzo undergoes a radical personal transformation. He abandons any lingering traces of his reckless past and becomes obsessively devoted to health and wellness, meticulously controlling their environment and diet to ensure Nanami can live safely and comfortably.
