Vampire Joshi no Himitsu

Hikage Karasuma arrives at Tsutsujimori High School as the institution's newest school nurse, quickly drawing attention with her striking beauty and gentle demeanor. However, beneath her polished professional exterior lies a closely guarded truth that could shatter her carefully constructed life. Hikage is not an ordinary human; she is a living member of an ancient vampire clan whose existence has remained hidden from the modern world for generations. Bound by a strict and unforgiving family code of secrecy, she is forbidden from ever revealing her supernatural heritage to outsiders. This solemn oath places her in a deeply precarious position as she navigates the daily routines of a bustling high school environment. Every interaction with colleagues and students carries the constant risk of exposure, forcing her to remain perpetually vigilant against slipping up. Despite the heavy burden of her hidden identity, Hikage harbors a sincere desire to connect with those around her. She strives to become a trusted and beloved figure for the student body, hoping to offer genuine care and support within the infirmary walls. Balancing her profound dedication to her role as a nurturing educator with the dangerous reality of her vampiric bloodline forms the central conflict of her everyday life, testing whether she can truly earn the adoration of her students without compromising the ancient secrets she is sworn to protect.
