Riviere and the Land of Prayer

In a secluded island nation where prayers have twisted into curses, there exists an enigmatic town governed by an unknown force that grants the wishes of its inhabitants. Yet these answered prayers do not bring salvation; instead, they manifest as dangerous, unpredictable objects. Amidst this unsettling reality, two girls find themselves at the center of a peculiar trade. Makmilia serves as the devoted assistant to the mysterious Riviere, and together they operate a shop dedicated to handling the hazardous artifacts born from the townspeople’s desperate pleas. Their daily inventory is anything but ordinary. From a perfume capable of altering destiny to a vase that speaks on its own and a bag harboring bizarre creatures within its depths, every item carries the weight of a corrupted wish. As Makmilia and Riviere navigate the perils of their unique profession, they must carefully manage the consequences of the town's relentless desires. The remarkable exploits of this extraordinary duo promise a tale so captivating that it threatens to eclipse even the legendary journeys of the Ashen Witch Elaina.
