Erefante Kaeruno is a man in his late thirties who finds himself navigating life entirely alone following a painful divorce. What begins as a solitary existence quickly transforms into an unexpectedly demanding routine when he suddenly finds himself balancing three distinct careers at once. By day, he works as a conventional office employee, but his professional life extends far beyond the corporate world, as he simultaneously pursues work as both a manga artist and an adult film actor. Having already proven his resilience by surviving the highly competitive adult entertainment industry during Japan's Heisei era, Kaeruno now faces an entirely new set of challenges. The cultural landscape has shifted with the dawn of the Reiwa era, bringing fresh expectations and unfamiliar hurdles for a middle-aged performer trying to remain relevant. As he attempts to harmonize his ordinary office duties with his creative ambitions and his unconventional acting career, he must determine whether his hard-earned experience is enough to carry him forward. The central question remains whether this uniquely burdened man can successfully adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing new era while managing such an extraordinary triple life.
