Momoko Manual

Momoko was born into a lineage of witches where the women possess extraordinary magical abilities. However, this power comes with a strict condition: their magic may only be revealed to their destined soulmate or spouse. Using spells in front of outsiders triggers a dangerous physical transformation. The more Momoko casts magic before strangers, the more feline traits she develops, such as cat ears and whiskers. If her true identity is ever fully discovered by someone outside her bloodline, she will permanently transform into a cat, suffering the exact fate that befell her mother. Despite these severe consequences, Momoko has joined her school’s magic club, leading her to rely on her abilities far too frequently. As a result, her cat ears now pop out unexpectedly, making it increasingly difficult to conceal her secret from those around her. Desperate to break the curse before she loses her humanity entirely, Momoko realizes she must find her destined partner as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, her frantic search has not gone unnoticed, and her potential candidates have already begun to grow suspicious of her unusual behavior.
