The Dashing Zaddy and His Icy Protégé

At Gosei Trading Company, the second sales division is led by Mr. Takanashi, a charismatic forty-year-old who consistently ranks among the firm’s top performers. His striking presence makes him the target of countless romantic advances from female colleagues, yet he politely declines every single one. Behind his confident exterior lies a closely guarded secret: he suffers from erectile dysfunction. Working directly under him is Hiwatari, a twenty-six-year-old subordinate known for his cool, calculating demeanor and intimidating aura. Despite appearing emotionally detached to the rest of the office, Hiwatari has quietly admired Takanashi since joining his team four years ago. The dynamic between the two shifts dramatically when an unexpected evening together gives Hiwatari the opportunity to open up, leading him to reveal far more than he originally intended. What begins as a professional relationship transforms into something deeply personal, as the younger man becomes an unlikely confidant to his struggling superior. Together, they navigate an unconventional bond built on vulnerability and trust. This irresistible romantic comedy follows a magnetic older man burdened by a private insecurity and his sharp-witted protégé, who unexpectedly becomes the key to helping him regain his lost confidence.
