Sayonara Rocking Horse is a manga anthology comprising four distinct one-shot stories that explore the humorous and heartfelt complexities of romance and personal ambition. The titular tale presents a comedic love story between a rebellious yankee and a fashion-conscious lolita, delivering an unconventional romance filled with laughter. In BUZZ MAKER, Aoi dreams of becoming a rock star rather than focusing on her studies, but her band's lack of talent holds her back until an unexpected opportunity arises with the help of her school's music teacher. The collection continues with 3 3 3, which delves into relationship superstitions. Machiko has enjoyed three perfectly stable years with her boyfriend Takaya, but she begins to question everything when a friend warns her about the "three" curse—a number supposedly tied to the devil and destined to tear couples apart. Finally, CHERRY MEETS BOY follows nineteen-year-old Momoko Aoki, a first-year university student who spent her entire high school life devoted solely to club activities. Now eager to experience romance, the tomboyish Momoko sets out to discover if she can truly find love in this new chapter of her life.
