Aratama Tribe

As the world descends into chaos, warped by an ever-growing tide of demons, humanity’s only line of defense lies with the Onmyoukidou—the natural adversaries of these monstrous threats. Among them is Abe, a diligent and good-natured practitioner assigned to the severely understaffed Second Division. Despite the overwhelming odds and constant strain on his unit, he remains dedicated to protecting the city from the encroaching darkness. Hope briefly surfaces when Abe learns that new personnel have been assigned to reinforce his struggling team. However, his relief quickly fades upon meeting his reinforcements: Yomi, a brash and violent newcomer with a hostile demeanor, and her eerily silent, ninja-like partner. Forced to collaborate with these difficult allies, Abe must navigate their clashing personalities while keeping the demonic threat at bay. Beyond merely surviving the relentless attacks, the dysfunctional Second Division harbors a deeper ambition—to prove their worth and outshine the vastly more popular and heavily supported First Division. Together, this unlikely trio must forge a path to safeguard their city and claim the recognition they desperately deserve.
