Burger Time wa Itsumo Atsuatsu

High school student Saotome Kotoha leads a double life, secretly working part-time at the fast-food restaurant Burger Time. While most teenagers take on jobs for spending money or experience, Kotoha’s true motivation is entirely personal. Her sole purpose for enduring the busy shifts and greasy kitchen environment is to catch the attention of someone named James, making every moment spent behind the counter a calculated effort to get closer to him. However, this hidden endeavor comes with significant risks. Kotoha’s employment must remain a closely guarded secret from her peers and teachers alike. If anyone were to discover that she is working at Burger Time, the consequences would be severe. Her school strictly prohibits such activities, and being found out would result in immediate disciplinary punishment. Beyond the threat of academic repercussions, the real danger lies in what she stands to lose personally. A suspension or strict penalty from the school would completely disrupt her carefully laid plans, stripping away her freedom and preventing her from seeing James as easily as she currently does. Forced to navigate the constant tension between her covert job and her school obligations, Kotoha must ensure her secret remains safe if she ever hopes to achieve her ultimate goal.
