Swole Joseon

A dedicated bodybuilder finds his life unexpectedly upended when he is mysteriously transported back in time to the historical Joseon dynasty. Thrust into an era defined by strict social hierarchies, traditional scholarship, and martial arts, he must navigate the unfamiliar and unforgiving landscape of the Korean past equipped with nothing more than his modern physical conditioning and rigorous training philosophy. At first, the notion that sheer muscle mass and weightlifting could alter the course of history seems entirely absurd. However, as he faces the daily struggles and physical demands of his new reality, his extraordinary strength begins to draw attention. What starts as a personal endeavor to maintain his physique soon transforms into an unexpected catalyst for change, forcing him to test the limits of whether raw power and determination can truly reshape a kingdom's destiny.
