On-Ha, a palace resident who has never ventured beyond its walls, finds herself at a crossroads. She is to be married to a child who will soon be seven years old, a prospect that leaves her bewildered. Unlike herself, who is already an adult, the child's youthful age is a stark contrast. On-Ha yearns to experience various aspects of life before marriage, and her curiosity is piqued when a book falls in front of her. From this book, two supernatural creatures emerge: Ain, a nine-tailed fox, and Cheongrin, a yellow-haired goblin. They present On-Ha with a proposition: if she releases their seal, they will grant her a single wish. Seizing the opportunity, On-Ha begins to explore the world with the monsters, initially under the guise of sightseeing. However, as she spends more time with Ain and Cheongrin, she starts to feel an inexplicable thrill towards them, one that challenges her expectations and sets the stage for a complex journey of self-discovery.
