Naoya is the most feared high school delinquent in the entire Kanto region. His life takes an impossible turn one day when a careless misstep on a pedestrian bridge staircase causes him to collide with Kana, a plain and unassuming girl walking ahead of him. The impact triggers a bizarre phenomenon: their souls swap bodies entirely. Suddenly, Naoya finds his consciousness trapped inside Kana's frail frame, while she inhabits the body of a fierce street fighter. Initially intrigued by the novelty of experiencing life as a girl, Naoya attempts to explore his new form. However, upon removing her clothes, he discovers that Kana's body is covered in painful wounds and scars. The shocking sight deeply unsettles him, instantly extinguishing any misguided curiosity. The grim reality of Kana's daily existence becomes even clearer when Naoya attends school in her place. While using the restroom, he is ambushed by a group of bullies who have made a habit of tormenting her. They expect an easy target, completely unaware that the quiet girl they are attacking now harbors the furious spirit of the region's toughest brawler. Driven by outrage over her abuse, Naoya prepares to unleash his wrath upon them, setting the stage for a violent reckoning none of them will ever see coming.
