Summary

Ao Yuan time-travels into the mythological world of Journey to the West, becoming the son of the ill-fated Jinghe Dragon King who is destined for execution along with his entire family. Hoping to keep a low profile and alter their grim fate, disaster strikes anyway when he is forced into the world prematurely and targeted during his tribulation. Fortunately, his millennium-delayed cheat system finally arrives: by feeding others—or being fed—he can acquire immense luck and rewards. To his utter astonishment, the first person to offer him food is none other than Princess Jinyang of the Great Tang, the adorable Little Sizi, Li Mingda. While others are busy spoiling the little princess, Ao Yuan finds himself being taken care of by her instead—a situation that leaves him both amused and perplexed. Soon, he discovers a reciprocal benefit: whenever he feeds Princess Jinyang back, his accumulated merit skyrockets. With boundless luck and divine virtue at his fingertips, Ao Yuan embraces his new reality. As Little Sizi happily returns day after day asking for divine treats like sliced Flat Peaches and Ginseng Fruit platters, Ao Yuan is more than willing to oblige. Years later, when the fateful bet between the Jinghe Dragon King and the mortal diviner Yuan Shoucheng arrives, and the executioner's blade is raised, Ao Yuan steps forward, enveloped in halos of supreme merit and unstoppable destiny.
