The Rebirth of the Sword Emperor

In a ancient time, the Sword Emperor, Jian Wu, was betrayed by his closest friend, Tian Yan, and his Daoist companion, Qing Li, as he was about to ascend to the divine realm. His soul was sealed away in the void, lost for a thousand years. Meanwhile, in the city of Qing Yun, a young man named Ye Chen, a member of the Ye family, was born with a crippled sword vein. He was pushed off the Cliff of Broken Souls by his own kin. As he lay dying, his blood seeped into an ancient coffin at the bottom of the cliff, triggering the release of the sealed soul.
