In the 17th year of the Taisho era, Shen Pan's father and brother hunt a bear in the mountains, using this achievement to secure Shen Pan's entry into the Hualin County government as a low-ranking official. At just 14 years old, Shen Pan begins his journey. Years later, the Primordial Qi Tide arrives, bringing with it countless powerful and bloodthirsty alien species from across the stars. In the face of an endless void filled with billions of bloodthirsty alien species, Shen Pan summons a colossal, nine-layered heavenly prison that blocks out the stars. Using the Great Dao as its beams, starlight as its knots, and the laws of the universe as its pillars, the prison traps billions of alien species within. As the prison's gates close, the billions of Law Gods within the prison's walls simultaneously open their eyes, ready to mete out justice. The celestial prison, with its intricate wall paintings, comes to life, and Shen Pan's legend as the Demon Judge begins to unfold. With his newfound authority, Shen Pan declares, "Not a single one will be left behind," as he prepares to unleash his wrath upon the imprisoned alien hordes.
