Trash of the Count's Family

One day, the protagonist opens his eyes to find himself living inside the pages of a novel titled The Birth of a Hero—a story chronicling the adventures of Choi Han, a high school boy who was torn from Earth and cast into another dimension, and the rise of the continent's many heroes. Yet he hasn't awakened as the story's champion. Instead, he now inhabits the role of the Count's family's greatest disgrace—the arrogant "trash" of a noble household that governs the very territory where the first village Choi Han visits is located. Disaster soon follows: that village, along with every soul living in it, is slaughtered by assassins, an atrocity that twists Choi Han's heart with grief and fury. The real trouble, however, is that the shameless noble he has become knows nothing of the massacre and, in his ignorance, picks a fight with Choi Han—earning himself a merciless beating in return. Faced with this grim situation, the protagonist can only mutter, "…This is going to be a problem." Something serious has clearly happened to him, but he resolves to embrace this flawed new existence and make it his own.
