In the city of Chang'an, a mysterious vendor has appeared, selling treasure maps from a small stall. The vendor, Shen An, only sells three scrolls of sheepskin paper per day, but his wares have attracted numerous powerful beings from all three realms, who flock to purchase them. The treasure maps are said to contain infinite martial arts techniques, treasures, and creative powers. Sun Wukong, the legendary monkey king, has discovered a scroll with his name on it, titled "The Legend of Sun Wukong," and is determined to uncover its secrets. Meanwhile, Emperor Taizong of Tang is searching for the ancient Human Emperor's scripture, said to be buried beneath the Great Thunder Temple, which could restore the honor of the human race. The Buddha is concerned about the chaos in the Journey to the West, while the Heavenly Emperor sees the Buddha as a traitor to the Taoist teachings and vows to suppress all enemies. As the main characters don their respective costumes and prepare for battle, the Journey to the West is thrown into chaos. The queen of the Women's Country wears a cryptic bronze mask, and the three rebellious sons of the Heavenly Court join forces to launch a surprise attack on the Western Heavens. The stage is set for an epic struggle, as the characters navigate the complexities of their respective destinies and the fate of the Journey to the West hangs in the balance.
