Inari Konkon

Fushimi Inari harbors a hopeless crush on her classmate Tanbabashi, but her attempts to connect with him only lead to public humiliation and his cold rejection. Compounding her misery, she suspects he has feelings for their beautiful classmate Sumizome. Her fortunes shift when she is summoned by Uka-no-Mitama-no-kami, a benevolent fox goddess grateful for Inari’s earlier kindness to a young fox spirit. Offered a single wish as a reward, Inari impulsively asks to become Sumizome, hoping to win Tanbabashi’s affection. The transformation does not go as planned, prompting the compassionate goddess to break divine law and grant Inari the power to change her form at will. Armed with this extraordinary ability, Inari continues her pursuit of love, but she must tread carefully; misuse of her gift risks drawing the wrath of Amaterasu and endangering both herself and the goddess who defied heaven for her sake.
