2-dome no Koi no Hajimari wa

After being painfully dumped by his lover, restaurant manager Kousaka Yuuki vows never to fall in love again. His resolve is tested when his ex unexpectedly visits his workplace, inadvertently revealing his past same-sex relationship to Matsuoka, a younger coworker. Terrified that Matsuoka will judge him, Kousaka is stunned when the younger man instead kisses him forcefully and confesses his love. Restaurant part-timer Sasaki Ryoutarou leads an unremarkable life until he reunites with Mio, a former classmate who was once gloomy and overlooked but has since transformed into a cheerful, confident person. Mio reveals that he reinvented himself to match Ryoutarou’s preference for upbeat partners and has been searching for him ever since being rejected years ago. When Ryoutarou turns him down, Mio proposes a deal: date him for one month, and if feelings do not develop, he will walk away. You harbors secret feelings for his best friend Shinji but cuts off all contact to protect their friendship. Three years later, while fleeing a stalker, You seeks refuge in a nearby building only to discover that the resident is none other than Shinji, now working as a detective. The situation takes an unexpected turn when Shinji suddenly asks You to become his lover. The collection also includes a brief bonus story that serves as a continuation of Kousaka and Matsuoka’s narrative.
