In the year 2100, the newly constructed Bayside City stands as Japan’s foremost international gateway. Takako, a former policewoman, establishes the Angel Arms Company to combat rising global terrorism through the use of armed security suits. When the mayor is assassinated, the women of Angel Arms find themselves assigned to protect the criminal mastermind Hassan, relying on his intelligence to dismantle a worldwide terror network. As a syndicate of criminals closes in to eliminate Hassan, Takako is pushed into a desperate corner. Meanwhile, the true leader of the organization is unmasked as the former lover of Angel Arms' own Alisa.
