Shuten Douji

As an infant, Jiro was brought to his adoptive parents by a colossal oni, who declared that he would come back for the boy fifteen years later. When that fateful day arrives, Jiro finds himself pitted against hostile oni, sinister cultists, and their countless servants, all while striving to shield his parents and his girlfriend from their relentless attacks. In the end, he is compelled to traverse the past, the future, and alternate realms in order to accept his true fate as the reincarnated Shuten Dōji.
