Golgo 13

In 1991, United Nations inspectors uncovered the incomplete Project Babylon—a colossal artillery piece designed to fire a projectile over six hundred miles. Four years later, the Clinton administration receives intelligence of a second Iraqi supergun, one that was concealed and is now fully operational, boasting a range vastly exceeding its predecessor. With time running short, only two viable courses of action remain: launch a crippling airstrike, or dispatch the assassin Golgo 13 to eliminate the threat. The narrative then shifts to the streets of San Francisco in 1979, where a routine hit-and-run collision becomes entangled with a mob boss's growing paranoia that he has been marked as Golgo 13's next target. Interspersed throughout are selections from the File 13 dossier, offering a rare glimpse into the operative's closely guarded personal records, his roster of false identities, known aliases, and other closely held secrets.
