Shuugaku Ryokou

This volume presents a collection of one-shot stories by manga artist Kazune Kawahara. In "Shuugaku Ryokou," Saori Watanabe embarks on her class’s year-end trip to Kyoto. While her friends are eager for the drama and romance that often accompany such excursions, Saori is left wondering who might become the center of her own romantic story. "Koigokoro" follows Kiyomi Nagata, who has kept an eye on Takuya Yamazaki ever since he introduced himself as a short boy with surprising strength. Although his stature is small, he consistently manages to stand out from the crowd, and during the annual school sports festival, she finally decides to tell him so. Finally, "Sekkaku Natsu dashi" centers on Mitsuyo Miyazaki, who harbors a secret reason for attending extra summer science classes despite having no academic need to do so: she simply wants to be near her crush, Issei Tanaka. Determined to confess her feelings before summer ends, she soon discovers that matters of the heart are far more complicated than anticipated.
