A Thousand Years Ninetails

In a city of modest size, there stands a mountain that locals instinctively avoid. Neither protected as a green belt nor designated for environmental conservation, this undeveloped wilderness is shrouded in a dismal atmosphere and persistent rumors of spirits, earning it the name Spirit Mountain. Atop its peaks sits a renowned estate belonging to a family of mediums, celebrated for their long and glorious heritage, which once led the area to be known as Medium Mountain. Legends also speak of a nine-tailed fox that dwelled there in ages past, giving rise to the title Fox Mountain. Now, twenty years later, a dark aura envelops this isolated sanctuary.
