Tragedy of the Garden of Many Flowers

On the fringes of Neo-Hong Kong stands an enigmatic Chinese-style garden, shrouded in a chilling rumor: any who glimpse its resident fairy will perish before nightfall. Five years ago, detective Douglas Pyke was tasked with uncovering the truth behind this supernatural being. Yet when he accidentally caused a woman's death during the investigation, he resigned from the force for good. Now working as a cab driver and occasional private investigator, Pyke is drawn back into the garden's haunting enigmas when he is hired to track down a missing scientist—forcing him to once again face the very mysteries that destroyed his former life.
