Mizuki is the undisputed "prince" of her all-girls' school and serves as lead guitarist for an all-female rock band. Akira, meanwhile, holds the title of "princess" at his all-boys' school and is determined to join her group. Though romance may be on his mind, matters of the heart become complicated when everyone constantly mistakes Mizuki for a boy and Akira for a girl. When the lead vocalist of Blaue Rosen announces her impending move overseas, Akira goes to great lengths to persuade Mizuki and her bandmates to accept him as a member. Yet with Mizuki standing firmly against the idea, the question remains: will she ever let him into her band—much less her heart?
