Alien lifeforms have taken refuge on Earth, not to coexist with humanity, but to replace it. These extraterrestrial clans prey upon human flesh and spiritual energy, and they propagate by implanting their essence into human women to bear hybrid offspring. Benimaru is one such child, born of a mother who was a gifted medium. While he was still in her womb, she used her abilities to shape his spirit and instill within him a human heart. For this act of defiance, she was brutally killed and devoured by Benimaru’s alien father. Now, existing as both human and alien, Benimaru has sworn to eradicate the clans that destroyed his mother, waging a solitary war against an entire race.
