Summary

Official Details

A newly constructed island resort in Tokyo Bay, operated by one of the world’s most advanced supercomputers, is set to host its grand opening. Although the entire City Hunter team was invited, only Miki and Kaori manage to attend. The celebration takes a dangerous turn when General Gillium, an exiled South American dictator, seizes control of the venue and takes all attendees hostage. Ryo and Umibozu must now mount a rescue operation to free the captives and stop Gillium’s daughter from exploiting the supercomputer to initiate a nuclear strike against the United States.
