Pure Trance

In the aftermath of yet another global war, humanity has been forced to seek refuge from the devastation in underground shelters. With traditional food sources obliterated, survivors subsist entirely on artificial nutritional capsules known as "Pure Trance," available in a variety of synthetic flavors. However, women who consume these capsules in excess begin to suffer from a severe and mysterious affliction linked to their dependency. The narrative centers on the staff and patients of Overeating Treatment Center No. 102, a facility dedicated to managing this growing crisis. Within its sterile walls, nurses struggle to provide care while navigating the oppressive regime of Keiko Yamazaki, the center’s despotic director whose authoritarian methods blur the line between treatment and torment. As tensions rise, the fragile boundary between healing and control begins to collapse, revealing deeper horrors beneath the surface of post-apocalyptic survival.
