Sakura Gari

Set against the backdrop of the Taisho era, the story follows Masataka Tagami, a teenage boy who leaves his rural hometown to pursue enrollment in a Tokyo preparatory school. Soon after his arrival in the capital, he becomes embroiled in a minor traffic mishap involving Soma Saiki, the twenty-five-year-old heir to the Saiki family and head of their trading company. Faced with dwindling housing options, Masataka offers himself as a servant to the Saiki household. As he draws closer to the enigmatic young Soma, he gradually uncovers the troubling secrets buried within the family's past.
