Digimon Next

Tsurugi Tatsuno is a skilled competitor in virtual Digimon battle tournaments. His life takes an unexpected turn when a Kuwagamon materializes in the Real World, and his own Greymon comes to life to defend him. Summoned to the Digital World by Piximon, Tsurugi learns that he must help stop the malevolent Barbamon. His Greymon bears a hexagonal mark, identifying it as an Illegal Digimon—a sign that those carrying this symbol are destined to play a role in the Digital World's salvation. After Greymon de-digivolves back into Agumon, Tsurugi meets other chosen individuals who share his mission. Together, they must thwart Barbamon and his forces before the villain can gather all the DigiMemories and seize control of both the Digital and Real Worlds.
