Following his father's demise, Claire Leonelli assumes control of "Vampire," a notorious mafia syndicate operating within the metropolis of Judoh. In order to counter Claire's syndicates and suppress rising criminal enterprises, the Bureau of Urban Safety deploys Special Services Division agent Daisuke Aurora alongside an advanced android known only by the codename "J." Because androids are strictly prohibited throughout the city, J's true nature remains closely guarded. Working in tandem, the duo poses a formidable obstacle to the underworld, leaving illicit operations with little room to thrive in Judoh.
