Paul Otavis was born a fuel slave, branded with a flame mark on his forehead and bound by an iron collar. Unbeknownst to Leon, centuries of deliberate obfuscation had distorted the truth; the Otavis family now believed Ghidorah was merely a dragon and nothing more.
