Summary

Raw Details
Ash obtains a wish-granting system—except it only fulfills other people’s wishes. You are free to make any wish you like, but exactly how that wish comes true depends entirely on Ash's mood. He insists he is a good person, a claim supposedly reflected in the very name of his system. He also presents himself as a master dream-weaver, boasting of having rescued Harry Potter from his vile aunt, crowned the straw-hat boy as Pirate King, and given Obito the Rin he always longed for. The list of his good deeds, he says, is endless. Yet the crowd pressing in around him offers only silent, threatening disbelief. Ash pivots, calling himself a kind soul who takes in the homeless and gives them work. All eyes turn to a young man with a lightning-bolt scar on his forehead. With a weary sigh and wand in hand, the young man counters: yes, Ash did all that—if you do not count the blown-up houses, the thirty-year probation sentences, and becoming the cautionary tale for all of Britain's child education. Ash scans the crowd and lands on another example: making the straw-hat boy the Pirate King. A woman retorts without missing a beat—so what? Now there is not even ash left of him. Ash reminds them that he took in the siblings. They fire back: taken in on a thirty-year labor contract, until some scoundrel used invisible ink to add the character for "ten-thousand," turning their servitude into three hundred thousand years of forced toil.
