Dantalian no Shoka

In post-World War I England, following the passing of his grandfather, Hugh Anthony Disward, also known as Huey, inherits a mysterious key and the responsibility of safeguarding the Bibliotheca Mystica de Dantalian, a mystical library containing forbidden knowledge within thousands of magical tomes known as Phantom Books. As he assumes his new role as Keykeeper, Huey teams up with Dalian, a child who serves as the guardian of the Archives, to investigate incidents of Phantom Book misuse, often resulting in catastrophic consequences. As Keykeeper, Huey must seal the power of the Phantom Books and restore balance to the world, navigating the intricate world of forbidden knowledge and ancient magic.
