Karou, the twin brother of super-model Tsubaki, is disenchanted with his own face, which bears a striking resemblance to her. This has led him to develop a distaste for men who are drawn to him due to his feminine features. However, his aversion is complicated by the attention of Shino, the president of a company that provides financial backing to Tsubaki's cosmetic firm.
