At the end of the first season, Doremi and her friends were forced to relinquish their magical powers and return to a normal life. As a result, they lost contact with Majorika, Lala, and the fairies, and the Majokai was sealed off. The Queen, however, had been watching the events unfold through her crystal ball and devised a plan to reunite the girls with the magical world. With the excuse of returning Majorika's hair dryer, Doremi and her friends found themselves drawn back into the Majokai, but instead stumbled upon a hidden garden where they discovered a mysterious baby. The Queen informed them that they would be responsible for raising the infant for a year, and to aid them in this task, she granted them new and enhanced magical powers. With their adventure far from over, the girls embarked on a new journey filled with challenges and excitement.
