The Green House

In a remote Japanese countryside, Kanenone Gakuen, an all-male boarding school, is struggling to cope with the isolation. To alleviate this issue, the school board decides to merge with the nearest all-girl boarding school, making it a co-educational institution. As a test, the girls from the nearby school are invited to stay at Kanenone for a month. The boys are thrilled at the prospect, while the girls are curious about the changes it may bring. The story follows Yuusuke Takazaki and his roommates, known as the Baka Trio, as they try to navigate their relationships with the girls, particularly Midori Chitose, who arrives at the school and immediately forms a connection with Yuusuke. As the girls' presence disrupts the boys' lives, it becomes clear that their interactions will be complicated by unrequited feelings, misunderstandings, and unexplored relationships.
