Zoids Genesis

On the devastated planet Zi, a thousand years after a catastrophic event, humans have rebuilt civilization by salvaging ancient Zoids from the depths of the ocean. In a village that reveres a giant sword as a sacred relic, a teenage boy discovers an ancient Liger-type Zoid during a diving operation. Attacked by skeletal Bio-Zoids seeking to plunder a powerful generator, the boy awakens the Liger and learns that the village's revered sword is its true weapon. Joining forces, they successfully repel the attack, but their fight has only just begun.
