Souchirou Nagi and Bob Makihara, two delinquent students, aim to dominate Toudou Academy with their strength. However, their first encounter with the Jyuukenbu, a martial arts group at the school, ends in a humiliating defeat at the hands of Maya Natsume, her sister Aya, and Masataka Takayanagi. Further complications arise when the duo is targeted by the Enforcement Group, which oversees the martial arts groups. As Souchirou and Bob become entangled in the personal conflicts between the Jyuukenbu and the Enforcement Group, they are forced to join forces with Maya's group and develop their skills to become even stronger.
