Keitaro Urashima has finally achieved his goal of becoming a Toudai student, but his new path is short-lived as he suffers an injury during the entrance ceremony. As he sets out on a new journey, he leaves behind the chaos that has engulfed Hinata Lodge, where his sister Urashima Kanako has taken up the role of manager. Kanako's strict and demanding nature quickly causes tension among the tenants, leading to a series of comedic misunderstandings. Meanwhile, Keitaro's plans are further complicated when a letter from him arrives at the lodge, but it is intercepted by Seta, who has been traveling abroad with Keitaro. The letter sets off a chain of events as the tenants and Kanako try to decipher its contents, leading to a series of hilarious and unexpected consequences.
