Battle Through the Heavens: He marries Xun'er, but she refuses to consummate the marriage

Gu Fei is reborn on the Dou Qi Continent, where he becomes the grandson of Gu Lie, the Black Annihilation King—an eight-star Dou Sheng powerhouse of the Gu clan. By the age of sixteen, Gu Fei has already risen as the most dazzling genius the clan has ever produced. Soon after, the clan leader Gu Yuan summons Xun'er back and betroths her to Gu Fei. Yet, for six months following their wedding, Xun'er refuses to share a marital bed with him. Though Gu Fei had once been deeply infatuated with her, he gradually realizes that her coldness stems from longing for another man. His heart turns utterly cold. It dawns on him that Xun'er's claim of not being ready was merely a pretext—she intends to preserve her virginity for someone else. How could Gu Fei endure such humiliation? He resolutely decides to divorce her. "No, Gu Fei, you have to believe me—I have never betrayed you!" Xun'er panics the moment she learns of his decision.
