CS: Reincarnated Girl, Can She Get Stronger by Cashing In?

It is 2023, and the era of CS2 has yet to arrive. NIKO remains with G2, Vitality’s dynasty has not yet begun, the galaxy battleship is still roaring, and the daily “tomato-and-eggs” spectacle continues to unfold. X remains the one team guaranteed to reach the semifinals, while China’s LVG once again charges into the Copenhagen Major. It is the best of times—and the worst of generations. As the years pass and new games emerge, that golden era eventually fades away. But Lin Lingling is reborn in 2023 and unexpectedly becomes bound to the Fortune Comes from Eight Directions System. As long as she earns enough money, she can unlock professional-player templates and grow stronger. So she poses as a cute, innocent girl in the 6657 livestream, breaks NIKO’s “shrimp claws” in matchmaking, steals S1mple’s skins, burns Ropz with a cigarette butt, and shouts, “I can play in the Shanghai Major!” Stopping at nothing, she wreaks havoc across the scene. Before long, the media gives her a string of affectionate nicknames: “The Daughter of NIKO and ZywOo,” “The Gyroscope with No Blind Spot,” “The Alien Ultimate Weapon,” “We’re All the Same Age—I Never Meant to Beat You on an Entirely Different Level!” and, finally, “The Demon Child Descended.”
