Reforming the Chinese Entertainment Industry from Beijing Film Academy, 2009

After being ruthlessly eliminated by the entertainment industry in his previous life, Chen Ling is reborn back to 2009 and enrolls at the Beijing Film Academy, determined to see what this showbiz world is really about. Watching Yang Mi being led astray by Zeng Jia, he cannot help but offer her a quiet piece of advice. He also discovers that Liu Yifei has been viciously smeared by Huayi Brothers over the past two years—so he decides to make her his leading lady instead. When he crosses paths with Lin Zhiling, he knows he must win her over. As for the naive Jing Tian, he thinks, "If anyone's going to deceive her, it might as well be me." Among all of them, the one he regrets most is Fan Bingbing. Reborn and witnessing these people who have stood the test of time about to take wrong turns, Chen Ling finds it impossible not to intervene.
