This unique power grants him the ability to materialize a fully functional police station from the ashes and secure vital weapons and supplies through the system's exchange network. Starting from humble beginnings at Level 1, the station takes the form of a basic guard post equipped with essential windproof, rainproof, and heat-insulating capabilities, perfectly sized to shelter three to five individuals for work and rest. As this outpost expands, its technological tree unlocks critical defense tools, including pistols, batons, riot shields, reconnaissance drones, and police motorcycles. As the jurisdiction grows to Level 2, the facility evolves into a sprawling street-level police station spanning several hundred square meters. This upgraded stronghold features distinct, organized zones such as a reception hall with a mission board, a mediation room, a twenty-person dormitory, a public canteen, a temporary detention room, an equipment vault, and a training ground. Alongside these core facilities, the unlocked tech tree advances to provide standard rifles, tear gas, and reinforced tactical gear, establishing an unyielding bastion of law and order in a lawless world.
